Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.  Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card.  Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 16 years or older (with valid identification).

Check Cashing Policy
Personal checks are not accepted. Travelers checks are accepted, with valid identification. Other conditions may apply.

Early Departure Policy
The hotel reserves the right to charge the full stay to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Early Arrival Policy
Early check-in cannot be guaranteed.

Crib Policy
This hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with cribs. Guests must bring their own. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Family Plan Policy
Children 12 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout cannot be guaranteed

No Show Policy
The hotel will charge 90% of the confirmed nightly rate in the event of a no show. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Pet Policy
Small pets are allowed. Restrictions and deposit may apply. There may be a cleaning charge of up to 15 Euro.

Smoking Policy
Due to local law, smoking is banned in all public areas.  This ban includes smoking in the lobby, bar, and restaurants. Smoking is allowed in designated guest rooms. Please contact the hotel for further information.
